Why was Slim Force set up?
Unfortunately a LOT of weight loss programs out there just focus on kicking your butt in the gym or just focus on drinking shakes religiously. Others will tell you there is no need to exercise at all – in fact this might hinder your progress. What is that about? There are just so many strange, fad style programs out there – it’s impossible to know what to believe!
If you’re reading this you have probably tried a whole bunch of these programs before and one of the following has happened:
(1) You didn’t see results immediately so you fell off the wagon straight away
(2) You found the food regime too difficult to stick to and then you fell off the wagon
(3) You saw you lost some weight but regained it (plus a bit extra) as soon as you stopped
(4) You didn’t have the support, motivation and accountability to keep going with it
Because most programs are missing ‘something’ whether it be the physical aspect, the sound nutrition, the support and accountability – Slim Force was formed to offer the whole package to people to ensure they achieve the results they’re looking for and learn the skills necessary to help them maintain their new healthy weight for the rest of their lives!
