Slim Force is ideal for people who:

How We Help

Slim Force is all about helping people drop weight – the healthy way. No quick fixes or fads to be found here. The primary focus of Slim Force programs is on losing weight through good nutrition and personal training. The idea is to learn the skills required to keep the weight off long term.

When it comes to weight loss, accountability and support is massive. A lot of people really aren’t getting this when they decide they want to lose weight. People will say they support you but then they turn around and sabotage your efforts. With Slim Force are you always sure to have someone on your side, there to address any issues as they come up, not just in sessions but whenever they arise.

 

Where We Help

Slim Force is a fully mobile personal training business so we come to you and we can train in your yard, garage or any room in the house with a bit of space to move around. We have trainers working in three areas of Melbourne.

When We Help

Once you decide you’d like to start training with Slim Force, your trainer will get in contact with you so you can work out a time that suits both of you. We have a range of appointment times available from early morning through to evenings between Monday and Saturday.

The majority of our clients will meet with their trainer between 1 and 3 times per week depending on their goals, how much other exercise they are doing and of course their budget. If you’re not sure how many sessions a week would be best for you, feel free to shoot through an email via our “Contact” page.
